Music Masters Concert Series is an annual series of concerts for youth through adult performance groups held around the globe. We specialize in producing professional concerts at marquee venues around the globe, such as the Sydney Opera House and Musikverein.
Participation in the Music Masters is subject to application and approval, as space is limited each year. We welcome concert bands, orchestras and choirs, with a minimum of 30 performers. Participating groups must be one of the following:
– Youth performance organization
– High school performance group
– University ensemble
– Adult Performance Groups
Participants are invited to apply via the Music Masters website. Applications are reviewed by a three personal panel appointed each year by Music Masters leadership. The panel is comprised of highly esteemed music educators, conductors, and directors. Generally the panel consists of experts from each of the following disciplines: Concert Band, Choir and Orchestra.

Receiving a Music Masters award is the pinnacle of music education recognition. The Music Masters Awards are voted upon annually by the public. Recordings of each performance group are provided online and the general public is invited to vote upon their favorite performance of the year. The performance group with the most votes by the end of the year will be awarded the annual Music Masters Award. Not only is this a beautiful hand crafted award, but a true symbol of recognition within the music community.
Music Master Concerts are professionally produced events which offer your performance group an opportunity to perform in a prestigious venue and for an engaged audience.
There is no specific deadline, however we recommend applying as soon as possible as space is limited for each concert. Applications should be submitted no less then 12 months before the concert.
Travel can be arranged by one of our partner tour operators or by a tour operator of your choice. If you choose to use a tour operator of your choice we will work directly with your operator to make sure your tour experience is synergized to your performances.
